Fundada como colativa por el presbítero licenciado Juan Reglado mediante testamento otorgado ante el escribano Antonio de Zepeda, el 20 de enero de 1668, legando como bienes de la capellanía una casa en la calle real con viña y castañar en Mirabel. Con una carga de 100 misas anuales, 50 de ellas cantadas con su responso cantado.
Nombrado por primer capellán al bachiller Francisco Serrano durante ocho años
